By purchasing or using any template from FrameBakers, you agree to these terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website FrameBakers - https://framebakers.com and the purchase of our digital products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the Slovak Republic or the European Union. In case of conflict, your statutory rights prevail.
1. Who We Are
FrameBakers is operated by PCHELA s.r.o., registered office: Gaštanová 1008/27, 014 01 Bytča, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 53975235, VAT ID: SK2121539783, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina, Section: Sro, Insert No. 77788/L ("we", "us").

2. Our Products
We sell digital products, such as Framer templates, design assets and other digital content listed on the website ("products"). Products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. They are delivered electronically (for example via download or remix link) immediately after purchase.
3. Payments
All payments are processed by a third-party payment platform acting as the Merchant of Record, currently Lemon Squeezy. The Merchant of Record processes your payment, issues the invoice and collects and remits applicable taxes (including VAT).
We do not collect or store your payment card details. The final price, including any applicable taxes, is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Purchases are also subject to the Merchant of Record's own terms, currently Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. We may cancel an order in the case of a pricing or description error or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
4. Withdrawal and Refunds
As an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Slovak consumer law, this right does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately with your prior express consent.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Once the product has been delivered, purchases are therefore final, except in these cases:
Duplicate purchase - you accidentally bought the same product twice
Technical fault - the product is defective or unusable and we cannot fix the issue within a reasonable time
In addition, you always retain your statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Slovak law). If the product does not conform to the contract, you may request that it be brought into conformity. Where the law so provides, you may also claim a price reduction or terminate the contract.
A change of mind, lack of experience with Framer or purchasing the wrong product does not qualify for a refund.
To make a claim or complaint, email us at support@framebakers.com with your order number. We will respond within the statutory time limit (for consumer complaints, no later than 30 days). Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks while retaining access to the product may result in revocation of your license.
5. License
When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, not ownership of the template. The scope of the license depends on the option you purchase:
Single License allows you to use the template for one (1) end project (personal, commercial or client website). Each additional project requires an additional license.
Studio License allows you to use the template for an unlimited number of end projects (personal, commercial or client websites).
Any license or product may also include bonus materials, such as Figma source files or any other additional assets listed on the product page. Bonus materials are provided under the same license and restrictions as the template itself and are not sold separately.
Under both licenses you may modify and customize the template and bonus materials to fit your needs and deliver the final website to a client as part of your services.
Under neither license may you resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the template or any bonus materials (including source files or Figma files), whether as is or modified. You may not make them available in a way that allows third parties to extract or reuse them. You may not use them as a basis for creating competing templates, UI kits or similar products for sale.
Where a product includes free lifetime updates, this means access to future updates of the purchased product for as long as we offer it. Updates do not extend the scope of your license.
Breach of these license terms results in immediate termination of your license.
6. Intellectual Property
The website, the products and all their original content remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content of those sites.
7. Liability
The website and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question and we are not liable for indirect damages (for example lost profits or data).
These limitations do not apply where the law does not permit them. In particular, they do not affect our statutory liability for the conformity of digital content, liability for intentional damage or your mandatory consumer rights. We are not responsible for payment processing, billing or tax handling performed by the Merchant of Record.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@framebakers.com so we can try to resolve it quickly. If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. The competent entity is the Slovak Trade Inspection - https://www.soi.sk, which is also our supervisory authority.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
