How we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit FrameBakers or purchase our templates.

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Slovak law.
1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data
The controller of your personal data is PCHELA s.r.o., registered office: Gaštanová 1008/27, 014 01 Bytča, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 53975235, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina, Section: Sro, Insert No. 77788/L ("we", "us").

2. What Data We Collect and Why
We collect only the data we actually need:
Purchases. Your name, email address and order details, which we receive from our payment platform (the Merchant of Record, currently Lemon Squeezy) so we can deliver the product, verify your license and provide support. Payment and billing details are collected and processed directly by the Merchant of Record and never touch our systems.
Support. Your name, email address and the content of your message when you contact us.
Newsletter. Your email address if you sign up for our emails.
Customer emails. We may email you about your purchase, updates to templates you bought and occasionally about our similar products. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.
Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tools (currently Framer Analytics and Plausible) that collect only aggregated and anonymous statistics and do not track you across other websites.
We process this data to perform our contract with you, to comply with our legal obligations, with your consent (newsletter, which you can withdraw at any time) or on the basis of our legitimate interests (customer support, direct marketing to existing customers and improving the website).
3. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell or rent your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share it only with service providers we need to run our business: the Merchant of Record (currently Lemon Squeezy, which processes payments as an independent controller under its own privacy policy), our website platform (currently Framer), our newsletter provider (currently Flodesk) and our analytics provider (currently Plausible).
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We may also disclose data where required by law.
4. How Long We Keep Data
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above (such as delivering your product, verifying your license and providing support) or as required by law. Invoicing and billing records are kept by the Merchant of Record under its own retention rules. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@framebakers.com.
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
access the personal data we hold about you
have inaccurate data corrected
have your data deleted where there is no legal reason for us to keep it
restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interests
receive your data in a portable format
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@framebakers.com. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have violated your privacy rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority - https://dataprotection.gov.sk. We would however appreciate the chance to resolve your concern directly first.
6. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.
Payment data is handled entirely by the Merchant of Record and never touches our systems.
